概要 Outline

富山大学薬学部附属薬用植物園は呉羽丘陵に位置し，敷地面積は13,342 m2あります。令和5年度に開園から初めての改修工事を実施しました。本植物園では日本薬局方収載の基原植物をはじめ，約2,000種余りの薬用植物を栽培し，展示しています。
本園は富山大学杉谷キャンパスに通学する学生（医学部・薬学部）への生きた教材として講義や実習で利用されるほか，学内外の研究者や企業との研究活動に利用されています。

Experimental Station for Medicinal Plant Research, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Toyama is located in the Kureha Hills in Toyama Prefecture, with a site area of 13,342 m2. We carried out the first renovation work since the park opend in 2023. This botanical garden cultivates and exhibits over 2,000 types of medicinal plants, including the original listed in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia. The garden is used as a teaching material for students attending Sugitani Campus of Univ. Toyama in lecture and practical training, as well as for research activities with researchers and companies inside and outside the university.

沿革 History

本薬用植物園の歴史は，現富山県富山市の神通川廃川地に富山薬学専門学校薬草園が1923年に設置されたことから始まる。その後，富山市奥田，富山大学五福キャンパス及び富山市寺町への移転を経て，1977年に富山医科薬科大学の発足に伴い現在地へと移転し，今に至る。

  • 1927年 富山市奥田の富山薬学専門学校敷地内へ移転（10,386坪）
  • 1949年 富山大学薬学部薬草園へ引き継ぎ
  • 1965年 富山大学五福キャンパスへの移転に伴いキャンパス内と寺町へ移転
  • 1977年 富山医科薬科大学発足に伴い富山医科薬科大学薬学部附属薬用植物園が設置される（4,034坪）
  • 2005年 富山県内三大学統合に伴い富山大学薬学部附属薬用植物園となる

The history of our medicinal plant garde begins in 1923. Herb garden was established on the ruins of the Jinzu River in what is now Toyama City. After that, it moved to Okuda (Toyama City), Gofuku Campus in Toyama University and Teramachi in 1965. The garden is moved to the current location with the establishment of Toyama Medical and Pharmaceutical University in 1977.

見学案内 Guide for Visitors

富山大学薬学部附属薬用植物園は，薬学に関わる学生の教育と学術研究を目的として設置されたものです。本学教職員だけでなく，一般の方々にも開放し，薬用植物を実際に観察していただくことで，理解を深めてほしいと考えております。
また，年に2回（春・秋）に一般公開を実施しています。

1. 本園は研究棟と管理棟，温室を除き自由に見学できます。
2. 見学時間は平日の午前9時30分から午後4時までです。

来園者へのお願い

1. 見学区域以外に立ち入らないでください。
2. 鋪道や通路以外の場所に立ち入らないでください。
3. 園内の植物（種子・花・果実など）を採ったり傷つけたりしないでください
4. できるだけ公共交通機関をご利用ください。お車でお越しの際はキャンパス内の駐車場をご利用ください。利用料金は初めの1時間が300円，その後30分ごとに100円となります。
5. 団体での見学希望の場合は，事前にメール等でご連絡ください。

Experimental Station for Medicinal Plant Research, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Toyama was established for the purpose of education for students involved in pharmaceutical sciences and academic research. It is open not only to our university faculty and staff, but also to the general public, and we hope that by actually observing medicinal plants. Additionally, our medicinal herbal garden is open to the public twice a year (spring and fall).
