Challenge to the unknown signaling networks in cancer cells

Besides conventional chemotherapy that kills dividing cells, the 21st century has seen the emergence of targeted therapy, resulting from the identification of signaling pathways in cells and their alterations in tumors. We try to identify the unknown signaling networks that regulate cancer cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis, especially by focusing on protein kinases and transcription factors.
